The spread rate no longer varies with speed or setpoint [L/ha]. I notice that the regulation valve no longer reacts in automatic mode (DPAE) or to manual +Pressure / -Pressure commands. The rest of the functions (valves, display of the instantaneous flow rate, etc.) work properly.

A component of the VE OC100 card is defective and needs to be repaired by our service department

I have a speed problem, what should I do ?

If you own a Genius :

Check the connection of the green/yellow wire on input 1 of the OC600 card.
Check the number of pulses selected in the wheel settings.
Check that the sensor is working properly in the ""Diagnostic"" window.

If you own a Xenius :
Do the same checks as the Genius and then do the one below:

Check from the ""Diagnostic"" menu that the VE card (OC 100 ) is connected to the CAN Bus.

I have a flow problem, what should I do ?

If you own a Genius :

Check the flow sensor for cleanliness
Check the wiring of the flow sensor on input 2 of the OC600 card
Check the number of pulses selected in the flow sensor settings.

If you own a Xenius :
Do the same checks as the Genius and then do the following:

Check that the sensor is working correctly in the ""Diagnosis"" window
Check from the ""Diagnostic"" menu that the VE card (OC100) is connected to the CAN Bus.

I have a pressure problem, what should I do ?

If you own a Genius :

Check the wiring of the pressure sensor on input 5 of the OC 600 card.
Check the pressure sensor value in the pressure sensor settings.
Check if the pressure sensor has been activated.
Check the L/Min of the selected nozzle.
Check if the minimum pressure has not been activated.
Check the density of the product used.

If you own a Xenius :
Perform the same checks as the Genius and then do the following:

Check that the sensor is working correctly in the ""Diagnosis"" window
Check that the pressure display is activated.
Check from the ""Diagnostic"" menu that the VE card (OC100) is connected to the CAN Bus.

I have an axle steering problem, what should I do ?

If you own a Genius :

Check the parallelism of the chains between the sprayer and the tractor.
Check the sensor wiring on the OC601 card.
Check the sensors for good operation.
Check the connection of the green/yellow wire on input 1 of the OC601 card.

If you own a Xenius :
Perform the same checks as the Genius and then do the following:

Check from the ""Diagnostic"" menu that the ED card (OC101) is connected to the CAN Bus.

I have a boom height problem, what should I do ?

In order to work, you must first unfold the booms (4 seconds on the unfold switch)

If you own a Genius :

Check the height sensor wiring on the OC601.
Check that the height sensor is working properly.

If you own a Xenius:
Perform the same checks as the Genius and then do the following:

Check from the ""Diagnostic"" menu, that the ED card (OC101 ) is connected to the CAN Bus.

I have an electronic gauge problem, what should I do ?

If you own a Genius :

Check the sensor wiring on the OC 600 or OC 601 card.
Clean the pipe between the tank and the gauge sensor.

If you own a Xenius:
Perform the same checks as the Genius and then do the following:

Check that the sensor is working correctly in the ""Diagnosis"" window
Check from the ""Diagnostic"" menu, that the VE card ( OC 100 ) or the ED card ( OC 101 ) are connected on the CAN Bus.

I have a drawbar problem, what should I do ?

If you own a Genius :

Check the parallelism of the chains between the sprayer and the tractor.
Check the sensor wiring on the OC601 card.
Check the sensor for good performance.
Check the connection of the green/yellow wire on input 1 of the OC601 card.

If you own a Xenius :
Perform the same checks as the Genius and then do the one below:

Check from the "Diagnostic" menu, that the ED card (OC101) is connected to the CAN Bus.

My GPS system displays a system fault, what can I do ?

If you own a Genius :

Check the antenna wiring.
If there is no signal (satellite problem or external elements disturbing the reception of satellite signals) and the terminal does not regulate any more even though you have a backup sensor, check the connection of the sensor on input 7 of the OC600 and OC601 card.

If you own a Xenius :
Do the same checks as the Genius and then do the following:

Check that the GPS switch card (OC703) is present in the "Version" tab of the "Diagnostic" window.
Check that the antenna (OC022 ) is connected to the CAN Bus.
